Please know that all of our items are made to order. During these times, our shipping department is specific in sanitizing and double-checking each and every product while carefully packing every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. 

Damages or Wrong Items

Please understand that we are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. When purchasing from www.holypinkdesigns.com, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
